Our policies

Waste - We try to minimise waste as much as possible throughout or process from manufacture to delivery! We have tried to ensure that the packaging we use is as sustainable as possible. More information on our packaging can be found on our sustainability page. Our mailers are compostable both commercially and at home. We recommend cutting into small pieces for home compost (just to speed things up!). Our other packaging such as tissue paper etc. can be recycled.

Returns - If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, it doesn’t fit or there’s an issue with it, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We offer a 14-day free returns policy. Just get in contact with us so we can arrange this with you! Refunds may be issued dependent on the condition of the return. Please quote your order number and reason for return when you contact us. We are only in our erly stages of our business development so we hope you can understand our restricted ruturns capability.
